Return

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the jewelry is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


How do I register a return?

Send an email to info@kensaijewels.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you the return instructions.


Are there any costs for returning an item?

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received your return in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.


Can I return a personalized piece?

No, unfortunately, personalized or custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered.


What if my jewelry arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damaged item. We’ll make sure to offer a suitable solution.

Are the materials sustainable?

Yes. We use 925 sterling silver with a high-quality 2.5 micron gold vermeil plating, a luxurious and durable alternative to solid gold. Our gemstones are carefully selected based on origin, quality, and energy.


Where is the jewelry made?

Our pieces are handmade in a small-scale atelier in Bali. We intentionally collaborate with artisans who work under fair conditions, honoring both craftsmanship and soul.


Is the jewelry ethically produced?

Absolutely. Fairness and transparency are at the heart of what we do. We choose small production runs, maintain personal relationships with our makers, and work only with workshops where respect for people and the environment is a given.


What makes your packaging sustainable?

Our packaging is plastic-free and made from recycled or FSC-certified materials. We use linen or velvet pouches and beautifully designed boxes, intentionally created to be reused or cherished.


Why do you produce in small batches?

Because we believe in conscious choices. Small batches prevent overproduction and ensure that each piece is crafted with care and attention. This keeps every item unique and meaningful.

How should I store my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in the provided pouch or box, in a dry and dark place. Avoid excessive sunlight and humidity to prevent tarnishing or discoloration.


Can I wear my jewelry while showering or swimming?
We recommend removing your jewelry before contact with water, perfume, lotions, or cleaning products. This helps preserve its shine and color for longer.


How do I clean my jewelry?
Use a soft cloth (like a silver polishing cloth) to gently clean your piece. Avoid harsh cleaning agents or brushes.


Does gold vermeil fade over time?
Gold vermeil may fade slightly with extended wear. This is normal and part of its natural aging process. With proper care, your piece will remain beautiful for a long time.


Can I have my jewelry repaired?
Yes. If your piece is damaged or needs extra care, feel free to contact us. We’ll explore possible repair options together.


Are gemstones delicate?
Yes, gemstones are natural materials and can crack or chip when impacted. Wear them with care and avoid storing them loose in a bag or drawer.
