Delivery and returns

At Kensai jewels we strive for fast delivery. Orders placed before 6pm will be shipped the same day.

All orders within the Netherlands are carried out by PostNL and will be provided with a Track & Trace code. This code will be sent to the e-mail address you provided as soon as your package has been registered. You pay no shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands. PostNL states to deliver packages within 2 business days after you received the Track & Trace code.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delay, damage or loss once the package has left our department and has been handed over to our carrier.
International orders are carried out by PostNL Priority service and will be provided with a track & trace code. This code will be sent to the e-mail address you provided as soon as your package has been registered. The shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands depend on the destination. Note that there may be additional charges such as import duties and taxes may apply in accordance with your country’s specific requirements.

Return conditions
Not satisfied with the product? You have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt. To do so, follow the steps here.

Are the ordered products not quite what you expected? Unfortunately! But that can happen.

If you want to return something, you can do so within 30 days after receiving the package.(with exception of earrings) The return package can only be returned free of charge within the Netherlands. Please sent the returns including a note with your name and ordernumber. The product that you are not satisfied with and want to return must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unworn to:

For returns within the Netherlands, you can hand in the package with the product you want to return for free at one of the PostNL points in your area. You will receive a shipping receipt with a track & trace code on it, with this code you can then track your return.

Please keep this proof until you have received a message from KENSAI jewels confirming that we have received the product in good order with a refund confirmation by e-mail. We will refund the total amount to you as soon as possible.
You can also choose to return your package via another delivery service. The shipping costs will then be for your own account.

For returns outside the Netherlands, you can drop off your package at a post office that ships international shipments. Please note that the shipping costs for returns outside the Netherlands are not covered and/or reimbursed by KENSAI jewels

When do we pay back?
We will transfer the costs incurred by you (purchase costs) to you within 14 days after cancellation.

What do you get back?
You will receive the full purchase amount back.

Where do I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Can’t do this? Then we will contact you.

Costs for returning
The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. Are you returning a product because it is damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we reimburse these costs afterwards.
